Johannesburg - The ANC should disband its investment arm Chancellor House, the Pan Africanist Youth Congress (Payco) said on Friday.
It said it was "crystal clear" that the African National
Congress stood to make a killing out of the poor thanks to its

"The ANC must also disband Chancellor House because it is
fuelling corrupt practices in the public sector."
