Johannesburg - The Democratic Alliance (DA) called on Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant to force two former Nedlac executives - one who is now her special adviser - to repay R2m following a forensic audit report detailing alleged corruption.
Democratic Alliance MP Ian Ollis said in a statement that Oliphant had been sitting on the forensic audit report into the alleged corrupt activities, amounting to R2m at National Economic Development and Labour Council (Nedlac), for two years.
The forensic report found that Mkhize and then chief financial officer of Nedlac, Umesh Dulabh, used their Nedlac Diners cards to fraudulently spend public funds on a host of personal items between 2011 and 2012.
