Nene names panel to advise SARS

Johannesburg - Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene on Thursday announced the seven member advisory committee to advise him on matters relating to the SA Revenue Service (SARS).

This followed his announcement in February that he would appoint an advisory committee, to be chaired by retired judge Frank Kroon, the finance ministry said in a statement.

"The committee will be appointed for a period of one year and will begin its work immediately," the ministry said.
