Johannesburg - South Africa can no longer postpone consolidating its budget as the room for fiscal expansion has been reduced, Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene said on Thursday.
Nene also told a business breakfast meeting that top priorities for the economy include stabilising labour relations and increasing energy supply.
