Johannesburg - Namibia's headline consumer inflation braked to 4.9% year-on-year in October, compared with a revised 5.4% in September, the statistics office said on Tuesday.
Namibia rebased its consumer price index basket on Tuesday, using an updated household income and expenditure survey.
On a month-on-month basis CPI quickened to 0.4% from 0.3% in September.
