Johannesburg - The DA has called on premier David Makhura to stand up for the people of Gauteng by scrapping e-tolls.
"Do the honourable thing, stand up for your people... Get rid of e-tolls," DA provincial leader John Moodey said at a picket outside the premier's office in Simmonds Street, central Johannesburg.
The DA called on Makhura to hold a referendum on the system.
