Intralot said it will also supply the software for two numerical games as well as technical support for the system for ten years.
The contract is worth $2.08m for the initial supply of the system.
Intralot will also receive payment for technical support for the ten year period.
The system, which will be launched at the beginning of the second half this year, represents Intralot's first contract in Africa.
The company anticipates expanding its services to other Nigerian states as well as to neighboring countries.
Intralot already operates betting systems in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America and runs the state lottery in Nebraska.
On April 7, Intralot signed a six-year contract for fixed-odds betting games in Macedonia, selecting events for betting, setting odds and monitoring transactions on a real-time basis as well as managing risk.
The company already provides Macedonia with an integrated online system for lottery and instant ticket games.
