Berlin - German tax receipts rose by 4.1% in January compared to the same month last year, the leading Handelsblatt business newspaper reported Friday, citing the Finance Ministry.
Income tax from employees rose the most, increasing 5.9% in January 2015 compared with the same month in 2014.
"The constant upward trend continues," the newspaper quoted a source at the ministry as saying.
