Cape Town - The electricity-generating utility
Eskom is taking legal action against a coal supplier in respect of financial
prejudice the utility suffered.
According to Public Enterprises Minister Barbara Hogan, giving a written
reply on Monday to a Parliamentary question from Cobus Schmidt of the
Democratic Alliance, a claim for R80 877 425.31 has been made.
