Cape Town - The hard work for any debt counsellor really starts when they kick off the process of negotiating with the creditors, says Rudi Bedeker of DCM.

Bedeker says in a video interview with Fin24 that there is a wide variety of debt counsellors available and the one is not necessarily better than the other.
