Tricked into signing for garnishee order

A Fin24 user who was tricked into signing for a garnishee order writes:

I was given document where I was told that I would pay via debit order. I did not see all the documents but was merely given the document to sign and was told this is to prevent any further legal action.

Money was then deducted from my bank account and the following month a garniseeh order was given to my work.

I have seen many complaints on Hellopeter about Coombe and Coombe, the debt collectors they use and how they mislead people. But the attorneys merely say you have signed, therefore that is how it is.
