Johannesburg - A further cautionary statement was issued by 1time Holdings [JSE:1TM] on Monday.
The company said it relates to previous cautionary statements issued between March 30 2012 and August 29 2014 in which shareholders were advised that certain items are still being concluded. These items may have a material effect on the price of 1time's securities.
Jetworx Aircraft Services has been placed under final winding- up and 1time airline has also been placed under final winding-up.
The first meeting of creditors of Jetworx is still to be convened by the master of the High Court and the first meeting of creditors of 1time has taken place and the liquidators are currently awaiting a certificate of appointment in order to convene the second meeting.
Furthermore, until the pro forma financial effects of the acquisition of Global Airways - relating to an announcement issued on December 4 2013 - are announced, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company's securities, until a further announcement is made.
