Simmer & Jack CFO resigns

Johannesburg– Simmer & Jack Mines [JSE:SIM] Chief Financial Officer Gerhard Jacobs resigned, the company announced on Wednesday.

Jacobs also resigned as Financial Director.

The company has appointed Robert Cowley as the acting Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect until such time as the Financial Director has been appointed.

Simmers says it's in the process of appointing a Financial Director and will advise shareholders in due course.
