Johannesburg - Low-cost housing and engineering group Sea Kay on Monday reported headline earnings per share of 6.68 cents for the year ended June 2009, from 18.13 cents previously.
The group reported earnings per share of 6.57 cents, from 18.12 cents earlier.
Sea Kay said revenue was up 29% from R841.39m to R649 83m, but operating profit was down 24% from R133.60m to R101.13m.
The board said it had reviewed the current year's results and decided not to declare a dividend. "Cash generated by the group is to be invested in the continued growth of Sea Kay's activities," it said.
The annual report for the financial year ended June 30, is to be posted to shareholders on December 31.
