Johannesburg, Feb 12 (I-Net Bridge) - The country's biggest pharmaceutical group, Aspen Pharmacare Holdings [JSE:APN], advised on Friday that earnings per share, and headline earnings per share, for the 6 months ended December 31 2009, are anticipated to exceed those reported in the comparative period ended December 31 2008, by between 20% and 30%.

"These results are supported by a strong performance from Aspen's South African business," the group said.

Aspen's results are expected to be published on Sens on March 3 2010.
