Johannesburg - Steinhoff International [JSE:SHF] advised on
Monday that both the earnings per share from continuing operations and headline
earnings per share from continuing operations for the year ended June 2012‚
will be between 30% and 35% higher than those reported in the comparable period
ended June 2011.
The results for the period include the results of Conforama
Holding S.A for the full reporting period‚ as well the first time consolidation
of the JD Group [JSE:JDG] and KAP International Holdings [JSE:KAP]‚ with effect from 1 April 2012.
The results are further supported by solid overall
performances from major operating divisions in their local currencies‚ the
company said.
Steinhoff will release its results on or about 4 September 2012.
