Johannesburg - Hooters SA has been operating in South Africa for the past five years and is continually expanding their footprint across the country.
The franchise now boasts five stores in SA, namely in Durban, Pretoria, Cape Town and two in Johannesburg.
They plan to open two more stores later this year, one in Ruimsig in Johannesburg and one in Port Elizabeth.
The idea to bring the American brand to South Africa came about after Mike Pruitt, chairman and CEO of Chanticleer Holdings, visited the country for the first time.
