Johannesburg – Redefine Properties [JSE:RDF] said on Tuesday it planned to raise R500m by issuing new Redefine-linked units to SA institutional investors.

The proceeds will be used to acquire property and reduce debt‚ the property fund said.

Redefine shares fell 1.73% at R8.50.
