Johannesburg – Rebosis Property Fund said on Thursday its R650m rights offer had been finalised and was ready for implementation.
The property fund initially announced the rights offer on December 18 to strengthen its balance sheet.
Shareholders will be offered a total of about 58 million new Rebosis linked units at a ratio of 23.29370 for every 100 linked units held by them on January 11 2013.
