Johannesburg - Fired Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) CEO Nomonde Mapetla's court bid to get her job back was again postponed on Wednesday in the High Court in Johannesburg.
The case was meant to be heard on Tuesday, but the papers had not been filed.
On Wednesday, there was no judge available to hear the arguments of Mapetla, the EAAB and the department of trade and industry, which is also named as a respondent in the matter.
Mapetla was accompanied to court by ANC veteran Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.
Arguments would start on Thursday, Mapetla's lawyer Thabo Kwinana said.
Last week, the board said Mapetla's employment contract had been terminated immediately "due to an irreconcilable breakdown in the working relationship between the parties".
Her contract was due to expire on July 15.
Mapetla took up the post of CEO six years ago.
The EAAB is the regulator of the country's 27 000 estate agents.
