Strike over at Buffelsfontein mine

Johannesburg - Junior South African gold miner Village Main Reef [JSE:VIL] said on Thursday employees at its Buffelsfontein mine had returned to work on the late shift on Wednesday, ending a 2-day illegal strike.

South Africa’s gold and platinum sectors have been rocked in recent months by a wave of often violent wildcat strikes.
