Algiers - Algeria will complete improvement work at its largest refinery, Skikda, in early next month, a senior official at state energy firm Sonatrach was quoted as saying on Monday.
"The end of improvement work of the Skikda refinery is scheduled for early March, with a slight delay," the official APS news agency quoted Abdelkader Benchouia, Vice President for downstream activities at Sonatrach, as saying.
The 335 000 barrel per day refinery has been undergoing maintenance and improvement work since early July last year, which Sonatrach said would end by late February this year.
