Johannesburg - The board of Northam Platinum has appointed Paul Dunne as the new CEO to replace Glyn Lewis, the company announced on Wednesday.
"The appointment of Dunne arises from a comprehensive process followed by the board to timeously find a suitable replacement for Lewis," the company said in a statement.
"The board has full confidence in Dunne's ability to take over from Lewis and is pleased to have found a highly qualified and experienced replacement for Mr Lewis."
Dunne will start in his new position on March 1.
He previously held the position of executive director at Impala Platinum Holdings Limited.
Lewis would remain employed until he retires on June 30.
