Johannesburg - Keaton Energy Holdings [JSE:KEH) announced on Friday that it had appointed Mandi Glad as its chief executive officer‚ following the resignation of Rowan Karstel for personal reasons.

Glad is one of the founders of Keaton Energy and has held both the business development and marketing portfolios and‚ since 2011‚ and the position of executive director: operations of the company.

At 11:13am‚ the share price was up 2.22% to R2.30.
