Johannesburg - Gold producer DRDGOLD Limited [JSE:DRD] said on
Thursday that a two-day strike by some 600 employees at its Ergo
operations has come to an end after a wage settlement was signed with
the National Union of Mineworkers.
The company, which has agreed to increase the pay of its lowest-paid workers by 10%, said in a statement it did not expect the strike to have any material effect on production.
