Brussels - ArcelorMittal [JSE:ACL], the world's largest steelmaker, on Thursday agreed to sell its 50% stake in miner Kalagadi Manganese to the chairperson of joint venture partner Kalahari Resources.

The steelmaker will receive R3.9bn for its stake in Kalagadi.
