production dropped by 18.2% to 154 011 tons compared with the same quarter in 2007.
Hot metal production fell 24% compared with 202 581 tons in the Q32008.
Continuously cast blocks production in the fourth quarter was down 16.6% y/y to 168 554 tons and the quarterly decline was 21.3%.
