Johannesburg - South Africa's Curro said on Monday it
plans to raise approximately R322.4m through a partially underwritten,
renounceable rights offer of 80.6 million new ordinary shares.
The shares will be issued in the ratio of one new share for
every 1 Curro ordinary share held on the record date of June 17, at a
subscription price of 400 cents per share.
In Monday morning trade Curro shares were 0.3% weaker at R7.
