Extraordinary meeting called at Group Five

Johannesburg - Group Five [JSE:GRF] advised shareholders on Thursday that the company has been notified by a shareholder that it seeks to call an extraordinary general meeting to reconstitute the board of directors of Group Five.

This is following a disagreement with the board on the future direction of the company.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's securities until a further announcement is made.
