Johannesburg - Logistics group Transnet said it had moved 41.6 million tonnes of coal in the six months to the end of September, up 7.8% on the previous year, a presentation showed on Wednesday.

The state-run company said it moved 31.7 million tonnes of iron ore and manganese, up 11.2% on last year.
