Stockholm - Swedish Automobile, the owner of beleaguered carmaker Saab, on Wednesday announced the company was filing for voluntary reorganisation, or court protection from bankruptcy, amid towers of unpaid bills.
"Considering Saab Automobile's current limited financial resources, a voluntary reorganisation will entail the best preconditions for using existing resources in the most efficient way," it said in a statement.
