Johannesburg - Mustek [JSE:MST], an assembler and distributor of PCs, notebooks and related products, on Friday announced diluted headline earnings per share of 89.39 cents for the year ended June, from 57.84c previously.

It posted diluted basic earnings per ordinary share of 86.38c, from 55.72c in 2010.

Revenue was marginally higher at R3.5bn, from R3.41bn, while profit from operations rose to R155.14m from R128m earlier.

Mustek announced an increase in its dividend by 42% to 17c/share.

The group said it would focus on increasing volumes, as that remained a driver of performance across its operations.

"The group is placing increased focus on working capital management in order to reduce finance costs further," it said.
