Johannesburg - The JSE has suspended the listing of Dorbyl
[JSE:DLV] with immediate effect‚ it said on Thursday.
The JSE said this was a result of Dorbyl’s failure to comply
with the JSE's listings requirements by not submitting its annual financial
statements timeously.
The anouncement was made the JSE in the interest of
shareholders‚ it said.
