Johannesburg - The Bidvest Group
[JSE:BVT] said on Monday it is to buy Brandcorp Holdings, a distributor of gardening tools and luggage, for an undisclosed amount.
Brandcorp Holdings, which sells the popular Cellini brand of luggage, is currently controlled by Ethos Private Equity.
