Cobus Stofberg, CEO of the MIH group, the internet and pay television operation belonging to Naspers
[JSE:NPN], stood down from the post on April 1, the company said on Tuesday.
Antonie Roux, currently head of MIH's internet division, has taken over as CEO and director of MIH Holdings Limited.
"Stofberg will, however, remain in a full-time position as senior executive and corporate adviser to MIH," Naspers said.
