Johannesburg - Mobile Industries [JSE:MOB] said on Wednesday it anticipated both earnings per share and diluted earnings per share in the six months to September 2012 to decrease by in excess of 100% relative to the 102.1 cents per share a year ago.

The earnings drop is attributable to the fact that Mobile unbundled its entire shareholding in Trencor in February last year‚ giving rise to a large gain in the previous corresponding reporting period.

The interim results are expected on December 14.
