Johannesburg - Cell C on Thursday announced a 12% rise in customers for the full year 2010, to 8.2 million.
South Africa's third mobile operator reported a market share of 15.4%.
Revenue increased 5% to R10.2bn but Ebitda was unchanged at R1.4bn.
Cell C chairperson Simon Duffy said that the group had a typically high spend but added that the group's spend would continue.
"We are pretty pleased," he said of the set of results.
