Johannesburg - South African employment agency Adorp Holdings [JSE:ADR] said on Wednesday it had bought Australian IT provider Paxus from Computer Sciences Corporation for almost R545m in cash. 

Adcorp said the acquisition would diversify its earnings and geographic spread.
