Johannesburg – Telecommunications supplier Huge Group [JSE:HUG] announced on Friday that A Potgieter has handed over the position of chairperson with effect from October 6.
"He will remain as an executive director of the board of Huge and as managing director of Huge Media," Huge said.
S Tredoux has changed his role from a non-executive director to become the non-executive chairperson of the group.
As previously announced, M Meth is set to resign as the financial director of Huge with effect from October 22, to take up a senior post with another company.
J Herbst will act as interim financial director while Huge secures a new full-time financial director, the group said.
