Johannesburg - Shares in Litha Healthcare Group [JSE:LHG] rose more than 1% after the drugs maker said it was in talks that may affect its share price, sparking speculation it could be a takeover target.

Litha, which did not give details of the discussions, was up 1.51% at R2.69, outperforming a slight decline in the broader All-Share index.
