Johannesburg - Vunani [JSE:VUN]‚ the black owned and managed financial services company‚ announced on Thursday it expected to report a headline earnings and diluted headline earnings of between 16.8 and 21.8 cents a share for the six months ended June 2012‚ from the headline earnings loss of 25.4 cents in the corresponding period in 2011.

It also expects to report basic earnings and diluted earnings of between 12.6 and 15.8 cents a share for the period under review from the basic loss of 15.8% it made in 2011.
