Johannesburg - Standard Bank Group [JSE:SBK] said on Thursday Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has taken over control of its local operations in Argentina. 

ICBC will take 80% of commercial lender Standard Bank Argentina and its two affiliates, while Standard Bank will retain the remaining stake.
