Cape Town - Former Fidentia boss J Arthur Brown formally admitted that money flowed between his broker's bank account and certain entities, in the Western Cape High Court on Monday.
Jannie van Vuuren, for the State, said the cash flow admission was on record and did not implicate Brown as having exerted any undue influence on transactions.
Brown is on trial for fraud, corruption, money-laundering and theft. He has pleaded not guilty to running a pyramid scheme and using investors' funds for personal gain.
His former broker, Steven Goodwin, had been on the stand for two weeks.
Brown's lawyer Braganza Pretorius was busy with cross-examination.
The court heard that the State was lining up its next witnesses, namely Infinity general manager Gerdus Byleveld and Fundi Projects director Leon Grobbelaar. Grobbelaar would only be available from next week.
