Johannesburg - AltX-listed integrated housing developer Calgro M3 Holdings (CGR) will build 5 500 integrated housing units
in Eleurhoff outside the Johannesburg CBD at a cost of R1.6bn, it said on Monday.
The project - a private-public partnership - is funded by First National Bank and will sell houses for between R52 000 and R800 000.
Construction is expected to start in the middle of next year and be completed by 2012.
Calgro M3 is already developing 2 800 units in Pennyville and an additional 704 unit-project in Riverlea Extension 3.
