Johannesburg - Technology group Business Connexion Group [JSE:BCX] said on Wednesday that it is in the process of negotiating a broad-based black economic empowerment transaction (BBBEE).

This will involve a restructuring of its existing BBBEE shareholding with Gadlex currently in place at BCG's subsidiary company, Business Connexion, and the introduction of additional BBBEE partners at the BCG level.

If concluded successfully, the proposed BBBEE deal may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company's securities until further details are announced.
