Tiger chair steps down

Johannesburg - Tiger Brands [JSE:TBS] announced on Tuesday that its chairperson and director, Lex van Vught, will step down with effect from next month.

The consumer goods group has appointed Andre Parker as replacement with effect from February 14.

Parker has been a director of Tiger Brands since 2007. Van Vught has been a director since 2003, and chairperson since 2006.
