Johannesburg - Clover Industries Limited [JSE:CLR] had bought the Real Juice Company (RJC) from AVI for R60m‚ Clover said in a JSE statement on Wednesday morning.

“RJC enjoys strong brand recognition in the Cape region and we believe that efficiencies can be unlocked through Clover’s extensive sales and distribution network‚" said Johann Vorster‚ Clover's CE.

Clover also declared a gross preference dividend amounting to 6.16675 cents per preference share for the period ending September 30 this year. The dividend net of dividend withholding tax amounts to 5.24174 cents per preference share.
