Johannesburg - Consumer goods and beverages group Clover
Industries Limited [JSE:CLR] said on Tuesday it had renewed its outsourcing
service agreement with Eqstra [JSE:EQS] Flexifleet for a “substantial period of time” in
a move to reduce costs in the supply chain.
The company said the transaction would hold medium- to
long-term benefits for both parties.
“Clover will see some early financial
benefits‚ which it will use to curtail selling price increases‚“ it said.
