Johannesburg - The Labour Department has appointed Alexander Forbes human
resources executive Mpho Nkeli acting chairperson of the Employment
Equity Commission, the department said on Wednesday.
Nkeli is succeeding Jimmy Manyi, now the director general of the
department, spokesperson Page Boikanyo said in a statement.
Nkeli and her team of commissioners are faced with the task of
responding to current leadership crises in parastatals and dealing
with HIV/Aids and disability in the workplace. She is currently
group human resources executive for Alexander Forbes.
