The FF Plus has been granted an interdict by the Free State High
Court in Bloemfontein to stop the Moqhaka Municipality from selling
a power station in Kroonstad, the SABC reported on Friday.
The party's provincial leader Abrie Oosthuizen said the power
station had been sold for R8m, while experts said that its
value was three times higher.
The municipality and Bio-Energy Africa have until April 29 to
explain why the interdict should not become final.
